we are here for a brighter tomorrow.

Mental healthcare should feel like a conversation, not a checklist.

We believe that feeling better starts with feeling heard. Our approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with genuine compassion, personalized treatment, and a welcoming environment where you can simply be yourself.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply looking for a little more balance, we're here to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

Because your mental health matters, and so does your story.

Our Team

maegan reid msn, aprn, pmhnp-bc.

Hi, I'm Maegan! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Maegan Reid Psychiatry.

I believe mental healthcare should feel personal, approachable, and centered around you. My passion for psychiatry comes from a genuine desire to help people feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their mental wellness.

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with compassion, education, and a collaborative relationship. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, and I strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can work together to find what works best for you.

Outside of the office, I'm a wife, mom of three girls, and someone who deeply values faith, family, and meaningful connections. I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve our Lake of the Ozarks community and look forward to getting to know you!

Founder | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

stephen (aaron) reid, pa-c.

As Director of Operations at Maegan Reid Psychiatry, I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our patients can focus on what matters most: their mental health.

With a professional background as a Physician Assistant with extensive experience in military medicine, I understand the importance of compassionate healthcare, clear communication, and making the patient experience as seamless as possible.

From scheduling and patient communications to billing and daily practice operations, my goal is to make every interaction with our office feel welcoming, organized, and stress-free.

I'm proud to be part of a family-owned practice that values genuine relationships, personalized care, and treating people like people rather than numbers.
